pregnancy! We also teach you how to push your baby out, how to breathe & pant for labour,
birthing positions, and other secrets of the labour ward which no one else will tell you! Our mission is to support you through
your pregnancy, giving you the confidence to deliver your baby, and then help you with the natural postnatal recovery
process motherhood brings. All our sessions are available as group classes or private sessions.

Eventually the time comes when you need to whip
your butt into shape! This NEW class is perfect for mums who are more than 6-9 months
postnatal and have had successful pelvic floor recovery. All that is required to attend this class is that
you are a mum, who needs some time out, and a kickstart to regaining confidence through fitness. Warning,
