FitMama is not only a service for Pregnant women, but we strive to help our community midwives by giving women the knowledge to help themselves during pregnancy and labour.

FitMama is working with local midwives to ensure that women have easy access to pregnancy fitness from the very start.

Midwives support fit and healthy pregnancy... it makes their job of supporting you a whole lot simpler if they know that you are strong enough to get through the physical endurance of delivery.

You must inform your midwife if you intend to exercise.  Some pregnancy related conditions may dictate that exercise is not appropriate.
