muscles, and teach you how to breathe during labour. Relaxation completes the session.

This course is funded by Hampshire County Council to help new mums get back into exercise. Babies are welcome
to join us for power walking and gentle tummy exercise for early repair of abdominal muscles.

Postnatal Pelvic Floor and Core Repair
Mondays: 1.45 -3pm (actual exercise 2-3pm)

You can do as many of these courses as you need.

Repair the damage done to your pelvic floor and tummy muscles, using
pilates based techniques. Excellent class for mums with bladder leakage, floppy tummy problems, backache or diastasis
(gap in tummy muscles)
Small babies welcome.

What
you will need:
-For all Pregnancy & Postnatal
Please wear trainers, supportive bra and comfortable clothes. -For Pregnancy, bring a belly belt if needed and a pillow. -For Early Postnatal please bring everything you need for your baby, and an exercise
mat. -REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR WATER!! -You can attend as many courses as you like and can begin
as soon as you are ready at any stage of pregnancy if you are well! Some women are even coming to class in preparation
for pregnancy!! -Pregnancy classes accomodate time for registration, so appear slightly longer on the timetable. Early postnatal
is longer to allow for baby changes and feeds.
