class is about achieving results and finding your inner strength! You do not need to be
fit to start this course!
A circuit style class using ViPR tubes, TRX suspension, Kettlebells and much more
to help you truly challenge your fitness. These sessions are only 35 mins, but you will sweat buckets!
Be prepared for change, Girls!
Open to mums from 9 Months postnatal and beyond (we will accept 6 months
postnatal if your physical recovery has been good)
