Day-time Pregnancy
A gentle Pilates class suitable for mums at all stages of
pregnancy, but particularly helpful in later stages of pregnancy. Including abdominal strength for pushing, breathing
techniques for labour, and relaxation.
Pelvic Floor & Core Repair Workshops
Short
courses designed to introduce you to your Pelvic Floor and Core muscles. A great private session (to share
with up to three postnatal friends in your home, or theirs), to help you restore strength in your abdominal muscles,
repair postnatal leakage, and prevent prolapse in years to come. You can attend as many courses as you require.
Suitable for new mums from early postnatal stages. Babies are welcome at this class.
Postnatal Fitness
A gentle introduction back
to exercise after baby. Suitable for new mums who have recently had their postnatal checkup. Babies are welcome
on this course, and the focus is on getting active, networking with other mums, and bonding with baby socially.
