The FitMama Method is a complete journey into Motherhood!  We have been helping women since 2005, from pregnancy exercise and education to early postnatal recovery and repair, right into getting your booty whipped into shape when your children are older! 

In Pregnancy, we teach you how to push your baby out, how to breathe & pant for labour, birthing positions, and other secrets of the labour ward which no one else will tell you! Our mission is to support you through your pregnancy, giving you the confidence to deliver your baby, and then help you with the natural postnatal recovery process motherhood brings.  We've been there and delivered our own babies, so we know how you are feeling!

Postnatally, we help you understand how to repair your body through gentle pilates programs and walking challenges, with a strong focus on pelvic floor and core.  We offer emotional and nutritional support, and when you are ready, we will work you back to real fitness with our intensive functional classes.  In our opinion, you are never too postnatal for our sessions. 

All our sessions are available as group classes or private sessions.  Our instructors are SAFE, Highly Trained, Prenatal and Postnatal Professionals, who care about your whole wellbeing as a mother.

Start with our basic level one course which includes safe postnatal nutrition guidelines

Progress onto more intense postnatal exercise with Level 2 & 3.

Functional FitMama:

Eventually the time comes when you need to whip your butt into shape!
This NEW class is perfect for mums who are more than 6-9 months postnatal and have had successful pelvic floor recovery.

All that is required to attend this class is that you are a mum, who needs some time out, and a kickstart to regaining confidence through fitness. 

Warning, this class WILL make you sweat! Baby-free zone!
